Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024: The Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of BC Coordinator. There are 15 vacancies opened in various Regional Offices of the Bank of Baroda.The committee is looking for both Retired bank employees and young candidates. The minimum and maximum age limit for young candidates is between 21 to 45 years and the age limit for retired bank employees is 65 years. The applicants must have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field. The applicants must have good computer knowledge.

Salary
The candidates selected for the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly income in the form of a Fixed Component of Rs.15000 and a Variable Component of Rs.10000.
Required Qualification
For Retired Bank Employees:
- The candidates should be Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank upto the rank of Chief Manager and may be appointed for the purpose.
- Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
- All retired bank employees’ applications should have rural banking experience of at least 03 years.
For Young Candidates:
The candidates should have a minimum qualification should being a graduate with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, email, internet etc), however qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/ MBA will be given preference.
Age Limit
- The age limit for young candidates is between 21 to 45 years.
- The maximum age for continuation of BC Supervisor will be 65 years
Selection Process
- The candidates who are eligible and applicable will be determined on the basis of an Interview conducted by the committee as per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024.
