Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 : Central Bank of India is seeking applications from desirous and willing candidates to fill the posts of Office Assistant and Watchman cum Gardener on a contract basis. There are 02 openings to be filled in Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025. Candidates selected for the post of Office Assistant will get a monthly salary of Rs 12000 and other allowances and candidates selected for the post of Watchman cum Gardener will get a monthly salary of Rs 6000 and other allowances. The place of posting will be RSETI Center in Buldana District.
As given in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025, the selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 01 year. The contract will be valid for a period of 5 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract by the Central Office once a Year subject to satisfactory performance and it is the sole discretion of Society/Trust/Bank. The candidate should have a minimum age of 22 years and should have a maximum age of 40 years to apply for the mentioned posts. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Education Qualification
Office Assistant
- Candidate shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge.
- Candidate shall be fluent in spoken and written local language. Fluency in Hindi/English would be an added qualification.
- Candidate should have skill in typing local language are essential, Typing Skills in English an added advantage.
- Candidate should have a knowledge of basic accounting as a preferred qualification.
- Candidate shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally and Internet.
Watchman/Gardener
- Candidate should have experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.
- Candidate should have passed 7th Standard.
Age Limit
- Minimum age limit is 22 years.
- Maximum age limit is 40 years.
Salary
Office Assistant
- Monthly salary of Rs. 12000 and allowances.
Watchman/Gardener-
- Monthly salary of Rs.6000 and allowances.
Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 will be determined on the basis of a personal interview. Personal interviews will be held to assess communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities to get along with the trainees, and developmental approach. The decision of the Society/Trust/Bank in this regard shall be final.
