Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for General Category candidates is 35 years.
- For candidates belonging to SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, and PwBD, the upper age limit is 38 years.
- Employees working in courts or allied departments are eligible for an age relaxation of up to 5 years, subject to a maximum age limit of 40 years.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized university in India.
- Candidates must be practicing advocates in civil or criminal courts as of the last date of application submission.
- Those who have passed their law degree from the academic year 2009-2010 onwards must have also cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- Candidates must have a basic knowledge of computer applications.
