- Download I-Farmer Portal 7-12.
- Certificate of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (if any)
- 7/12 of land and 8-A
- Details of soul registration (if any)
- Details of the members of the cooperative society (if the milk producer is a member of the society)
- Passbook of applicant’s bank account

- Now, click on “Plan Label” option.

- Read all the required details and click on “Apply”
- Have you completed your registration as an applicant farmer? If yes, answer “yes”; Otherwise, answer “No” and proceed with additional steps.
- Enter Aadhaar Card and Mobile Number and then submit Captcha Image
- If you have signed up, click on “Login” option
- Fill all the information mentioned in the corm and click on “Save” button.
- Once all the details are verified click on “Submit” button.
