Educational Qualification and Experience

| First Class Graduate (Except Arts) | 5 years experience as a Clerk in a Nationalized Bank OR 5 years experience as a Clerk in an Urban Co-Operative Bank (minimum turnover of ₹ 75 crore or more) OR 5 years experience in the Supervisory Cadre in a Designated Financial Institute (out of which 4 years in an institution having a minimum turnover of ₹ 100 crore or more) |
| Graduate (except Arts) | 10 or more years of experience in a clerical or above position in an Urban Co-operative Bank or a reputed financial institution. |
| Post Graduate (Except Arts) (2 year course) | 2 years of supervisory experience in a Nationalized/Co-operative Bank (Minimum: Turnover of Rs. 100 crores or more) OR 5 years of experience as an executive in the supervisory cadre in any financial institution |

Pay scale
This position will be filled on a fixed term contract and a consolidated fixed salary will be paid based on educational qualifications and experience.
