Eligibility Criteria – SDAU Recruitment 2025
Assistant Professor (Food Process Engineering): Candidate must have M.Tech./Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering / Processing and Food Engineering.
Workshop Manager: Candidate must have M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D. with specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
Assistant Professor (Food Safety & Quality Assurance): Master/Ph.D. in Food Safety & Quality Assurance / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Organic Chemistry.
Pay Scale: All posts carry a fixed pay of ₹25,000 per month (as per university norms).
