Smartphone Sahay Yojana 2025 (Smartphone Assistance Scheme 2025):In today’s digital age,accessing various services online has become essential not only in India but globally. With the help of digital technology,farmers can now access information on farming techniques, weather forecasts, government schemes, crop diseases, and online help centers. Recognizing the importance of this information reaching farmers, the Government of Gujarat has announced the Gujarat Khedut Free Smartphone Yojana (Gujarat Farmer Free Smartphone Scheme).

Under the IKhedut Mobile Sahay Yojana, farmers can purchase smartphones and take advantage of various digital services.This is important as it enables farmers to access real-time market prices, obtain online land records, and conveniently benefit from other government schemes.Under this scheme, farmers will receive a subsidy of ₹6,000 for purchasing a mobile phone. Eligibility criteria

Farmers of Gujarat who wish to avail benefits under the Khedut Mobile Sahay Yojana 2025 must fulfill the following criteria:

• Must be engaged in agricultural activities in Gujarat.
• Each farmer can avail this assistance only once.
• If more than one farmer has a joint account or name in 8-A,they can avail the benefit of this scheme as a single account holder.

Required documents

• Copy of Aadhaar card of the account holder who is a farmer
• Original bill with GST number of smartphone
• IMEI number of the smartphone you want to buy
• Copy of the farmer’s land document Copy of 8-A
• Copy of cancelled cheque of farmers
• Copy of bank account passbook

Purchase Rules

Under the Farmer Mobile Assistance Scheme, farmers can buy smartphones from any authorized dealer in the state of Gujarat.The government provides a subsidy of 40% of the cost of the smartphone, up to a maximum of Rs.6,000.The remaining 60% of the cost is borne by the farmer.

How To Online Apply

1. Open the Ikhedut portal on your mobile or computer.
2. Click on the “Plans” option on the homepage.
3. Select the option for agriculture related schemes.
4. Click on the Smartphone Purchase Assistance Scheme.
5. Select the “Apply Now” option for the Smartphone Purchase Assistance Scheme.
6. Fill in your Aadhaar card and mobile number.
7. If you have previously registered on the Ikhedut portal for any farming schemes, select “Yes” and proceed. Otherwise, select “No”.
8. Fill out the online form with your personal information.
9. Once your form is complete,review it and submit it.
10. Print the application form for I Khedut Mobile Sahay Yojana 2025 and submit it to the nearest agriculture office along with all the required documents.
