Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Manager – MSME Relationship (Scale III)
- Age Limit: 30 to 40 Years.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline AND Full-time MBA/PGDM (2 Years) in Finance/Marketing/Sales/Banking.
- Experience: Minimum 8 Years in Banking, with at least 4 years in credit processing/Sales of loan products with any Bank/NBFC.
2. Senior Manager – Credit Analyst (Scale III)
- Age Limit: 29 to 37 Years.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline AND CA / CFA / CMA / Full-time MBA/PGDM (2 Years) in Finance.
- Experience:
- For MBA/Graduates: Minimum 6 Years in credit processing or as an Analyst in Rating Agencies.
- For CA/CMA: Minimum 5 Years experience required.
3. Manager – Credit Analyst (Scale II)
- Age Limit: 25 to 34 Years.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline AND CA / CFA / CMA / Full-time MBA/PGDM (2 Years) in Finance.
- Experience:
- For MBA/Graduates: Minimum 3 Years in credit processing or as an Analyst in Rating Agencies.
- For CA/CMA: Minimum 2 Years experience required.
