About any RoR

AnyRoR is software for online land record of Gujarat state. This software is developed by Revenue Department and NIC (National Informatics Centre). Using any RoR you can check Gujarat Land Records like VF7, VF 8A, VF 6 and VF 12. This software has been successfully installed in 225 talukas and 26 districts. So, instead of traveling all the way to an e-Dhara or e-Gram center, you can check and verify your land records. You can check your RoR online by visiting the AnyRoR site.

  • Types of Land Records in Gujarat AnyRoR:
  • VF7: Village Form 7 is known as 7/12 or Satbara Uttara. You can get your land details, specific land ownership details, encumbrances and other rights from the VF7 form.
  • VF 8A: Village Form 8A provides details of Khata. From this form you can get Khata number and owner details.

VF6: Village Form 6 is a register maintained by the talati or village accountant to consolidate day-to-day changes in land records. Using this you can check any characters in the entry details.

135 D: 135 D is a change notice. When you apply for mutation, Talati prepares notice 135D. This notice is given to the relevant concerned parties and any other interested parties for any objection.

E-Dhara is a land record management system. A computerized RoR account was issued through this system. So the e-Dhara system involves issuance of computerized ROR from a dedicated counter in the taluka office.

Procedure for obtaining certified computerized copy of Gujarat Land Records:

To obtain the attested computerized copy of VF 7/12/VF 8A or VF 6 you should follow the steps given below.First of all you should visit the nearest e-Dhara center. E-Dhara centers are available at the local Taluka Mamlatdar office.

After that you can request for RoR print at local e-Dhara center. For this you must have Survey Number, Farm Name, Khata Number or Khatedar Name.

  • Now the operator will confirm the record and print 7/12 or 8A from the computer.
  • Then your RoR signature and stamp by Mamlatdar or any nominated person
  • You will pay a charge of 15/-.
  • Finally sign the RoR which is fully computerized.

  • Visit AnyRoR Gujarat website (anyror.gujarat.gov.in) by clicking here.
  • Click on “View Land Record” to check RoR (Records of Rights).
  • Select any of the following options as per your record requirement:

Enter Verification Code (Captcha) and click “Get Detail” button to generate desired report.

How to get certified computerized copy of Gujarat Land Record?

  • If you want computerized attested copy of 7/12 Uttara, 8A or 6 entry then follow the steps given here
  • You should visit the nearest e-Dhara center. You can find e-Dhara Kanedra at the local Taluka Mamlatdar office.
  • You can request RoR print from local e-Dhara center. Please note that you must have survey number, khata number, farm name or khatedar name while requesting RoR print.
  • The operator will first confirm the details of the record then print 7/12 or 8A from the computer.
  • E-Dhara Dy Mamlatdar or any nominated staff marks and stamps computerized RoR request, which is handed over to you.

Note: User Charges Rs. 15/- is collected. The applicant’s signature is taken in the RoR Issuance Register to get the computerized RoR on demand.

  • First go to official site of AnyRoR office or visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in
  • After that click on View Land Record button.
  • Now select any option as per your requirement.
  • Then enter your land details like district, taluka, village, survey number/account number.
  • After that enter the verification code and click on Get Details button.
  • Now you can check any of the following RoR districts.
