What is the Prime Minister’s Shram Yogi Maandhan Scheme
Under this, the worker will have to deposit a regular amount as premium from 18 years to 40 years. Under this, after turning 60 years old, he will start getting a pension of ₹ 3000 per month
Under this scheme, brought by Prime Minister Narendra Modi especially for the working class people, a pension of ₹ 3000 will be provided to the worker on attaining the age of 60 years. Let us tell you that you will have to deposit the premium of this scheme also by going to the office of LIC, because this scheme is being operated under the Life Insurance Corporation of India.
Benefits Of This Scheme
- For which the worker will have to deposit a fixed premium every month between the age of 18 to 40 years.
- After the death of the beneficiary, his wife will get a pension of ₹ 1500 per
- The worker will receive a pension of ₹3000 per month when he turns 60.
- This premium will have to be deposited by the worker by going to the Life Insurance Corporation of India office.
- Withdrawal after a period of less than 10 years will give the beneficiary only the principal amount along with interest.
- But after reaching the age of 60, the beneficiary will continue to receive a pension of ₹ 3000 for life.
