Training Scheme for Competitive Exams: As of now, the government is providing Rs.20,000 assistance to students for training in a recognized or selected institute for competitive recruitment exams.
Under the Training Assistance Scheme for Competitive Exams, students belonging to unreserved categories will receive direct assistance of Rs 20 thousand or the fee actually paid, whichever is lower, for training in a recognized/preferred institution for various recruitment examinations for classes 1, 2 and 3 of the Central and State Governments.

The Training Assistance Scheme for Competitive Examination, the students of unreserved category are provided by UPSC, GPSC Class-1, Class-2 and Class-3, Gaun Seva Seshtika Mandal, Panchayat 20,000/- per student or indeed to the students undergoing training in a recognized/preferred institution for the Seva Samhita Mandal and Government of India Recruitment Examinations in Railways, Banks etc. The fee payable shall be eligible as Direct Assistance (DBT) whichever is lower. This assistance is provided for training in a recognized or selected institution for competitive recruitment examinations.
What documents are required?
To avail the benefit of this scheme, the students need to submit the documents in the prescribed format application form, guarantee form, non-reserved category certificate, income certificate, copy of Aadhaar card, proof of residence, school-college admission letter, admission letter, school leaving certificate, copy of class 10 mark sheet, Tuition Class Fee Details, Fee Proof, Coaching Class Society/Trust/Institute 3 Years Proof with registration number, register number of tuition classes, xerox of first page of applicant’s bank passbook, class 10 or 12 and graduation mark sheet etc. documents required.
How To Apply?
- Apply by going to www.gueedc.gujarat.gov.in
- Go and apply for Training Scheme for Competitive Exams.
- If you are a new user, click on New User and register your personal details, after which you will receive a login ID number.
- Enter the Login ID number and fill in the required detailed information, then upload the required documents in it -Confirm your application. After confirming the application, your information will be submitted and you will receive an application confirmation number. Which has to be recorded in a safe place.
